Paul Pavlou is one of Melbourne’s new breed of young entrepreneurial restaurateurs.
His passion for food and coffee comes from a long family tradition and history which is threaded through some of Melbourne’s most famous eating and drinking institutions over the past 80 years.
With restaurants in his blood, it is Paul’s aim to bring together that experience and knowledge and deliver a culinary experience to satisfy everyone that walks through the doors of Black Salt Café.
And he really loves coffee!
